Virtual Bereavement Cafe

Our Bereavement Cafe project connects local bereaved people together, so they can share their experiences and support each other. Due to the current COVID restrictions, we are currently running our Bereavement Café project online, via Zoom, and on social media, with Facebook Groups. The online communities provide a ‘virtual’ space for local people to engage in a way that best suits their needs. When it is safe to do so, our physical Bereavement Cafés will open again.  Click 'DETAILS' for days and times of meetings. Click 'REFER' to contact this service and find out more. Open to anyone living in West Essex and East Herts.

Counselling Service

The Counselling Foundation is a provider of BACP accredited counselling and training services. We have been working to support people since 1974 and we are committed to making counselling training and services accessible to all.

Our counselling service is unique and is based on need and not on ability to pay. This means many of our clients have heavily subsidised counselling sessions whilst those who can afford to pay more help support the on-going work of the charity. We offer in person counselling across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire and remote counselling for anyone across the UK. Please look at our website www.counsellingfoundation.org if you would like to find out more about our services or how you can get involved and support the work of the Foundation.
